The RAMCHECK LX 240-pin DDR3 DIMM adapter supports testing of 240-pin PC3-6400, PC3-8500, PC3-10600, PC3-12800, and PC3-14900 DDR3 DRAM, including UDIMM and RDIMM, ECC/non-ECC. All modules under test must comply with JEDEC standards. To use this adapter, turn off your RAMCHECK LX, insert the DDR3 adapter, then turn the unit back on. RAMCHECK LX will automatically detect the DDR3 adapter. Special ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) test socket are included, rated by the manufacturer for thousands of insertion/removal cycles.
This adapter works with the optional DDR3 SODIMM converter.
Please note that DDR3 LRDIMM is supported only on the RAMCHECK LX tester, not the older RAMCHECK model.
