This product is designed for fast analysis of individual ICs. It works primarily with a dedicated hardware-based memory test system such as the Eureka DDR4 DIMM-2400 tester or the DDR4 DIMM-2933 tester, but it can be used with other testing platforms as well, including motherboards

It has the form factor of a DDR4 DIMM. To use, insert each chip into each socket with a vacuum pen, close the lid and insert into the 288-pin motherboard or tester socket.
